Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of our platform content, analytics, or aggregated data is strictly prohibited.

2. Market Data Disclaimer

OriAsia aggregates publicly available market data from multiple sources for informational and analytical purposes only. This data includes property prices, areas, and locations collected from publicly accessible real estate platforms.

We do NOTclaim ownership of individual property listings. Our value lies in data aggregation, analysis, trend detection, and investment scoring — NOT in republishing source content.

All property photos displayed on OriAsia are either:

• Uploaded by verified agents who own the content
• Generic placeholder images
• Watermarked with "oriasia.com" for attribution

We do NOT display copyrighted descriptions, agent contact information, or proprietary content from source platforms.

3. Content Removal Request

If you are the rightful owner of content that appears on OriAsia without your authorization, we respect your rights and will promptly address your concern.

To request removal, please provide:

1. Your full name and role (property owner, agent, platform representative)
2. The specific URL(s) on OriAsia containing your content
3. The original source URL where your content was published
4. A brief description of the content you want removed
5. A statement that you are the authorized copyright holder

4. DMCA Compliance

OriAsia complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Identification of the material on OriAsia that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate the material
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email address)

The following OriAsia original content is protected by copyright:

• Property valuation algorithms
• Platform design, UI/UX, and branding
• News articles rewritten by our editorial team
• All original photography and graphics

Any unauthorized use, scraping, reproduction, or redistribution of OriAsia original content may result in legal action.
